  • Be part of client’s engineering wing for initial electrical distribution planning and design intent. Undertaking project supervision, installation, testing, commissioning, related authorities’ submission and act as project Qualified Person (Electrical PE & EMA LEW). Prior to completion, we assume the operation, maintenance, servicing & upgrading of all electrical equipment within the installation.

Client can easily migrate their design from their country & we calibrate to align with local safety requirements mitigating  abortive works.

Front End Engineering with key tender documents, particular specifications and itemized breakdown of quotation

Clients pay a lump sum for electrical design, specifications & necessary tender documents that shall deem adequate for request of competitive pricing from bidders.

Benefits

Low fee on consultancy and ensure competitive offer from all Bidders as their quotes are based on the same bill of quantities.

Suitable for client with in-house staff that is familiar with the processes of such activities.
For example, Plants with Facilities personnel, Facilities Management with technical personnel, etc.

Note: This package completes upon tender closing, implies that Client needs to evaluate bidder’s offer & supervise the installation works upon contract awarded.
